We are looking for another female flatmate who is either a Uni student and/or working full-time or part-time if your also at Uni and your now just looking for a quiet place to call home!. This is the place if you have already lived in previous student accommodation, had parties most nights and weekends and all of what comes with that and now your just after a quiet place to get focused on your studies and/or come home after a busy day at work to a nice quiet, comfortable home.

Your potential room is spacious, filled with plenty of natural light and is available to rent in a quiet and friendly shared house accommodation with currently two other young female flatmates.

We are located in a nice, neighbourly street. If you don’t know Jesmond , it is a very central location - Ten, 15 minutes and you're in the city, at the beach, out at Fletcher, Maryland, Lake Macquarie, Maitland ... it's It's one of the most central suburbs to Newcastle. Jesmond is vibrant, central and under rated.

You also have Eat Street nearby for quick bites, gourmet delights and that much needed coffee hit. Yes please!

The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lamp, desk, ceiling fan, floor rug, heater, white timber blinds, timber floors and lockable room.

About the flatmates
You will be sharing with 2 friendly flatmates in their 20-30’s. I would say they are more on the are more introvert than extrovert but absolutely lovely, genuine, respectful, always up for a chat if you are also genuinely friendly and they are also clean and tidy. One works in nursing and the other is a medical student. They both enjoy a healthy lifestyle and when they are not busy working or studying, they will be out catching up with friends and visiting family.

Centrally located at Jesmond, our home is 15 min walk to Uni and a 10 min walk to Jesmond Shopping Centre, major bus interchange, Waratah Shopping Village and Broadmeadow's markets and entertainment. Commuting to John Hunter Hospital, Callaghan Campus and Newcastle University is a breeze. Thanks to its convenient proximity, accessing Newcastle Link Road facilitates seamless travel to Sydney, the Hunter Valley and the Mid-North Coast. Jesmond spans 1.2 square kilometres and has seven parks.

Rent/Bond
Rent $240 per week
Bond $960 (paid via Rental Bonds Online)

All utilities and Internet are included in the rent.

Lawn Maintenance and professional cleaning of common areas are also included in the rent.

Minimum 6 months stay but (preferably were looking for someone to stay long term).
