it's a fairly laid back student housing (though we aren't really fussed what you do), we are quite social and enjoy a good household dinner. we have Netflix and Stan, hooked up to the main TV as well.

Hello, my name is Angus. I have lived here for 4ish years, the house is owned by my parents
I love music, cooking and have recently got into gardening. I am pretty partial for a beer or so, I am very casual about things, enjoy a chat if you like but happy to do our own things.
We are looking for mainly students but aren't too fussed, I have a ferret (hopefully that's not a problem).
There is 2 rooms available, one with a bed and desk, the other is semi-furnished. both share a bathroom. I have my own ensuite bathroom so you will only be sharing your bathroom with one other person.
