Looking for a lodger for a $270 p/w room in Maryland. Beautiful five bedroom home overlooking the wetlands. The house has some gym equipment, spa bath, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. There is internet access and a new smart TV.
Water and electricity are included in the price. Lawns and cleaning are included but you will need to clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
There are shopping centres close by as well as buses to numerous destinations including the Uni.
You will be sharing the currently all female house with on other lodger and a same sex couple. There is a small hypoallergenic dog at the house however no other pets will be considered.
No smoking inside and no drugs.
