The grocery shop is conveniently only a 3-minute walk away, and if you need to go to Kotara Center, it's just a 10-minute bus ride. Getting to the city or Newcastle Uni is also a quick 15-20 minute bus ride. Oh, and there's a gym nearby, only a 5-minute walk!
We really value peace and quiet, so we're looking for someone who shares the same preference. Street parking is available for free, which is an added bonus.
