A bright furnished room (could be unfurnished if required) is available in a charming unit in the heart of New Lambton. The unit is one of nine in a secure building on a quiet and leafy street.

It is a short stroll to the New Lambton “village” which has many dining options, groceries to name a few. You would be a short walk to Balance Collective and Wests. It is also a short stroll to Lambton Park and the Elder St shops. The convenient access to the #13 bus is an added bonus as it takes you straight into Newcastle in one direction and John Hunter in the other.

The room is flooded with light and is of good size - freshly painted, new carpet and plantation shutters. Additionally, it easily fits a queen bed.

Parking is on-street but there’s tons of it! There’s a garage if you require space to store smaller items.

I’m looking for someone who is looking for a peaceful and happy environment. It’s not a party home. Someone who is clean and tidy, a non-smoker and who likes to have a chat after work. I am very rarely here (usually a couple of nights each week) so you’d pretty much have the place to yourself.
