About the flatmates
House is currently occupied by myself (25M) and my friend (24M). We are both tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. We both work during the week and I also work on the weekends occasionally. We enjoy watching tv shows/movies and hanging out on the weekends however most week days will be quiet.
We are looking for someone who would be willing to ideally stay for the full 12 month lease who is; clean, friendly and will pay bills on time.
