About the property
I’m looking for a like-minded housemate to share my recently renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home. The house is light, comfortable and set up to feel like a home rather than a typical share house.
The bedroom is spacious (would comfortably fit a king sized bed) and unfurnished, with a ceiling fan and a built in wardrobe. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself.
The third bedroom will stay as a shared space and is being set up as a guest room and work-from-home area.
You’ll also be sharing the house with a very energetic, people-loving puppy - so being comfortable around an excitable dog is a must!
I’m keen for this to feel like a calm, friendly home while still respecting each other’s space and downtime. It’s a quiet, easy-going household rather than a party house. I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and happy to live in a smoke-free, vape-free home.

Hi, I’m Ashlee! I’m mid-thirties, work full time and although I’ve lived in the area for a little over a year, I still feel like a bit of a Newcastle newbie. I enjoy brunches, coffee and catching up with friends over a glass (or two) of wine on the weekends, then recharge during the week with quiet nights at home. I’m a tidy and respectful housemate, who enjoys a good chat or Netflix session, and although I’m not much of a cook, I can make a mean cheese platter. My 9 month old Bordoodle, Frankie, is house trained, non-shedding, very well behaved and has lots of love to give.
