About the property
We're looking for a single female in her 20's that is working or studying full-time. We go to bed pretty early during the week so you'd have to be quiet by 10 pm. We are early rises at 6 am.
We live in a little quiet and secure shared driveway which is 20m off the street, so it is very private, peaceful and secure with other houses. The double story brick house is only minutes to beach. We are also a very close to the Fernleigh Track for those who love to bike ride.
Your bedroom is upstairs from the living areas (downstairs) you so have your own privacy. The bathroom and toilet you will have shared with an existing 18 year-old female student.
Extra area where you can chill and watch your own TV shows.
Outdoor BBQ area with BBQ and table/chairs
Entertaining areas out the back and front.
We have central air-conditioning in all rooms and great sea breezes.

About the flatmates
My partner and I are a couple in our 40's. We live by the beach. We are both work from home, and have a little inside dog (toy caboodle) . I am a pilates teacher (and have equipment at home and run lessons from our garage) as well as a clinical nutritionist.
We love music and have a music studio and both are part-time musicians, so occasionally you may be subjected to music while we rehearse (although jazz/funk/blues). We go to the beach for fun and also go out on the lake on our boat. We exercise and bike ride daily. We have the Fernleigh Track a stone throw away from us which is fun and handy for bike riding and have spare bikes.
We have really high speed NBN (FTTP) and Wifi as well as good 4G/5G coverage in the area.
