Two bedrooms available in 4 bedroom house in Salamander Bay, the ideal applicant should be employed full-time. $350 per week, rent includes bills. We have a regular cleaner and Gardener with the cost included in the rent. The ideal tenant should also have NO pets and be a non smoker.
