Neat, clean 3 bedroom townhouse located on a quiet street in Shortland. It has two living areas with comfy sofas - a large open plan living/dining downstairs and a smaller television room upstairs. Beautiful views out onto the Wetlands. Air conditioning throughout (upstairs and down), three toilets, dishwasher, and a cute courtyard with a beautiful native garden.

Also - awesome location! We are around the block from Tuxford Park, and a short walk to the cafe Kaffiene and Shortland main street. Close to the uni. Lots of buses nearby.

The home is fully furnished. There is no off street parking available, but there's plenty of space on the street.

Move in date is flexible :)

We share bills (including electricity/gas, water, and NBN internet).
Bills included in rent can be negotiated at a higher price if that's what you prefer :)

The available room is clean and fresh, with a built in wardrobe w/mirror, sliding window with flyscreen, and is 3mX2.8m.
It can fit a queen bed with bedside tables as pictured (room comes unfurnished, however, there is potential for a desk and drawers to be available).

You will have the main upstairs bathroom largely to yourself (it would only be used for the occasional visitor).

I am looking for someone easy going, respectful and reliable, who is happy with their personal space, but open to a chat now and then. The neighbours are super friendly, and this not a party house - more of a quiet area (though we may occasionally have a wine/cheese night).

It's just me you'll be sharing with, and I would like to share a quick cleaning of the common areas once a week.

Unfortunately this home would not suit couples or anymore pets.
