The property has a very fresh interior with 2 big rooms and one MASSIVE room we aren't picky and are happy to discuss rooms at anytime. There is a nice bathroom, compact laundry and decent kitchen aswell as non prepared to be set up lounge room. Fans in all rooms and aircon in MASSIVE room. I’m bringing fridge and washing machine aswell as random utensils we have an air fryer and dining set, everything in your room you will have to bring but the rest of the house should be well accounted for. About the flatmates
Rodrigo and myself (Zayden) are university student studying our respective engineering courses. Our third backed out and we feel having the third room empty for no reason is silly. Both our interests include fitness, technology and golfing aswell as swimming. Anyone who wants to be close to the university and pay cheaper then on campus rent shoot over a message and we hope to get to know you well and have a cruisey first year of uni.
