Shortland, Newcastle

I have one bedroom available in a lovely little townhouse located at Shortland.
Fully furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms, always clean and very organized.

The area is quiet and close to many service facilities such as petrol station, post office, and hairdressers and good access to public transport.

All bills and NBN internet are included in the rent.

We share cleaning the common areas every weekend. This is not a party house, but you are more than welcome to bring your friends or family members on occasions as long as you keep the house clean like it is.

We are looking for friendly and respectful flatmates who likewise are clean and look after themselves.
The house would not suit pets or couples. We'd prefer another woman as you will be sharing a bathroom with a woman.
