Hello! I‘m looking for a housemate to join me in The Hill, with a move-in date anytime from now. Rent is $250 a week + bills. Room (unfurnished) includes a built in wardrobe.

You‘ll be living with one 30 year male who is career focused, grounded, and takes pride in a calm, well-kept home. I‘m Dann, the homeowner, studying Masters full-time and working casually as an education coordinator and dance teacher.

I enjoy a clean, relaxed household, beach days, and the occasional wine with friends. I‘m often busy, so home is very much my place to unwind.

The space is a 2-bedroom, one bathroom unit in a 12-unit complex, just minutes from Bar Beach, Newcastle Beach, Darby Street, and Hunter Street. The unit is on the ground floor and has its own off-street parking space behind the building.
