We won’t be taking any viewings as of yet as we need to confirm that the couple currently in the room are accepted to their new accommodation. But we are happy to keep in contact with anyone who is interested. The room’s rent is $450 a week, but between a couple, it would be $225 each.
The lease date ends 25/04/2026 with the option to re-sign.

Hey! We live in a beautiful four-storey house in The Hill, only a six-minute walk to Newcastle Beach. There are four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. We’re all aged 25–30 and enjoy a social, active lifestyle including: beach days, getting a coffee, workouts, and the occasional night out.
