I'm looking for a lead tenant who can help set the rhythm around the house with things like bins and a cleaning roster. Looking for someone with emotional intelligence and an eye for cleaning. Need to be able to follow up with other tenants if they miss the roster, but without being a jerk. We've already got a pretty good cleaning system in place, but the guy who used to take care of the roster left recently.
What I can offer:
One air-conditioned room, flexible furnishing, built-in wardrobe, 3.2x3.6m. $200 per week, all bills included.
About the house:
The house is only a 20min walk from Newcastle Uni. Close to shops and the Newcastle CBD. Only a 15min drive to the beach!
The whole house was renovated extensively just a few years ago and has spacious common areas.
