The property is near University of Newcastle (Callaghan campus) and shopping centres (5 mins drive) and is convenient to go to John Hunter Hospital (around 7 mins drive) and CBD locations (around 15 mins drive). It has amazing paranomic view to the Reserve. Nice and quiet neighbor and very secure area. The rooms are very airy and full of light.

The furniture in the pictures are different from the current ones as they belonged to the old owner. We have changed the carpet to floorboards as well. New fridge and oven/cook top.

There is plenty of on-street parking. Very easy turning vehicle in and out.
