You will have use of the main bathroom and a pick of which of the three spare bedrooms you would like to use (they currently all have some furniture in them but this can easily be moved). The kitchen is pretty big and there is a nice-ish backyard too :)

Hi all,
I’m a 36yr old with a room to rent, I like anything with an engine, art, dabble in gardening (probably an overstatement, I’ve planted 4 plants - which are going surprisingly well :D), music, gym and keeping active, somewhat social - but also don’t mind my own space.
I work full time and spend my weekends with friends or pottering about the house.
My housemates are two… active.. Chihuahuas. They are generally social and moderately well behaved.
We are looking for someone with a chill vibe, who can yarn on and be social, but is also respectful of space and relatively clean. Must like dogs too :)
