About the property
A large private ensuite room available in a 3 bedroom house sharing with one other person (me).
You'll have all of downstairs to yourself. Upstairs is a light and airy lounge with great views of the ocean plus covered balcony, walking distance to the beach and shops on a quiet street with a large back garden.
Must be ok with dogs and as a bonus if you are happy to feed and look after the dog some evenings but not a requirement.
Non smoker please
Option to have furnished or unfurnished room. I'm slowly doing up the house to move it away from it's 90's beach house vibe but the balcony with the view over the ocean is what made me fall in love with this house.
This house is set up for summer with bbq, fire pit and outdoor lounge area.
If I'm around I'm happy for a chat although I'm getting too old to party on a school night but also happy to respect your wishes if you'd like to keep to yourself.

About the flatmates
You'll be sharing the 3 bed house with myself (42F) and my small dog Willow in a great seaside town with a lovely community feel.
I love to be outside. Like to ride, mountainbike, SUP, hike, swim etc!! I love camping and always up for a trip away. During winter boardgames are also on the list of activities
I work in Melbourne 3 days a week so do some long hours.
Looking for a housemate that is clean, respectful, quiet at night and ok with dogs. Happy to hang out together but also enjoy my own space.
