We are a couple living in new 4 bedroom house in officer looking for a new roomate to occupy 1 of the bedrooms. You will share a toilet with our son only, (Thanh and myseĺf have our own ensuite). Currently it is just the 2 of us and our 13 year old son.
The room is large with its own inbuilt robe.
On carparking is readily avaliable.
Inclusive of all bills and unlimited internet.
We require 2 weeks bond. 2 weeks in advance. And 4 weeks notification prior to vacating the room.
