Hi guys, I'm Matt. I have a couple of furnished rooms to lease out. The property is a neat & tidy and is fairly close to CBD. This is a safe and quiet neighbourhood, where minimal traffic flow observed, and no rowdy or raucous neighbours, so outside noise is negligible. There's a quaint little sun room out the front. It's a nice place to chill, read a book, or what ever.
A nice size back yard, plenty of birds will (do) come to visit us ( me). There is offstreet parking, so your car will be safe, there's zero police activity in the area and crime is basically non existent.
As for me. Well, I'm a professional, currently employed in the exploration industry, as well as studying geology at university. So I'm quite busy mostly speaking. However when I do have spare time I like to have a couple of quiet beers and good old chat around the fire pit. Or I'm going out camping and collecting more beautiful rocks for my collection and I usually take either my drone or telescope so I can take awesome photographs or just view the awesome of the solar system.
I also have a home gym which could be used more so your more than welcome to hit the gym if that's your thing.
Other than that, I'm a little awkward, esp with knew folk, but I'm also. friendly.
You'll have your own private, lockable furnished bedroom ( you'll just need to supply bedding, such as pillow and quilts, etc) There's 3 fridges, so everyone will have their own fridge.
I don't have a television, however your more than welcome to set yours up in the lounge room, if you have one.
This room has leather recliners and a leather sofa. Very comfortable 😌.
Cleanliness is a must. I'm particular on personal hygiene and cleanliness. Especially in shared areas like kitchen and bathroom.
Alcoholics, drug addicts, drama seekers. argumentative and aggressive people are definitely not welcome.
So too are unemployed folk not welcome, I don't put you in the category as above. It's just that in this day and age with finances being quite fickle, that the guarantee of income and payment of rent is essential.
Anyway I'll probably add more photos as the time progresses and I also maybe a little tardy in replying to any messages, so please just be patient and keep in mind that, like I said earlier, I do study at university and I also work full time.

We'll probably do a phone interview prior to having an inspection, and moving forward from there.
