About the property
Recently redone unit only a few minutes walk from the CBD. It's on the top floor so nobody will be making noise above us, and it has a couple of generous balconies with views of city, river, and Kings Park.
There's no second carpark unfortunately, but cafes and restaurants right out the door and plenty of free CAT buses running by.
You'll have a fully furnished room, and we'll be sharing a spacious bathroom. The toilet is separate too which is a bonus.
Looking for someone for six months initially, but every chance it will be longer than that if we get on. The building doesn't allow smoking or pets.
