It’s a wonderful apartment, nested in the heart of the CBD. It’s about 8mins by walk to the city centre( depending on how fast you walk it might be slightly shorter)!! Hihi
It comprises of a big balcony. You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The laundry is also found in the bathroom you will be using!
It’s fully furnished. Water is included with rent. Electricity bill to be divided by both of us. In term of internet I use my mobile data.
The apartment also comprises of a Gym, pool, sauna…
There’s my parking lot available for now, if you wish to use it, it will be $25 per week.
