About the property
We love the location because we are close to some amazing coffee shops (source foods, miller and baker, chu bakery), gym (revo) , Hyde park, Woolworths and transport links into the city are pretty quick. It’s a pretty quiet and safe area to live. Honestly most things you need are accessible in 15 minutes. You can even walk into the city in around 20-25 minutes.
It is a spacious house with a big kitchen/dining area and living room. We have a small terrace for basking in the sun. With some attempts to grow our own herbs and vegetables.
The bathroom will be shared between 4 people , but we have found that with our different schedules there isn’t a conflict of using the bathroom. There is also a bath if you like a relaxing soak after work.
There is on street parking if you have a car which is super convenient.
We are also happy to have couples, the room is spacious enough and the price would be $400 for the room. Sharing the bathroom with Shanaz and Julien.

About the flatmates
Hello lovely people,
We are a house of 3 couples at the moment, so if you are good at maths, that is an household of 6 people at the moment. However, our dear friends Dani and Matthis are leaving and we are looking to replace them. The move in date will be 11th February. Here is a little bit about the flatmates you’d be living with:

Waitress and yoga teacher, wellness queen of the house
Julien - 37 - French
Manager of a restaurant, gym lover and runner ( lake monger is close for a nice run or Hyde park)
Marie - 25 - French
Working as a support worker, about to start her studies for a counselling qualification she loves creative activities and going at the beach
Thomas - 28 - French
FIFO worker, he likes to spend time outdoors, going to the gym, and cooking
As a house we are super chill, tidy, clean, friendly and enjoy evenings together painting , cooking and playing games. We really want a friendly, easy going person who is tidy and clean, to complete our house. We have a nice balance of privacy and community where we enjoy our own time whilst also coming together to share moments. Our schedules can be quite different but mostly we are pretty active and always have some time together.
We are looking for a person a similar age to the house. No backpackers, because we’ve had a lot of people come and go and we want a bit of stability in the house. We are quite chill and wholesome so no party animals.
