About the property
About the apartment - Bright, city facing apartment on the border of North Bridge/West Perth in secure complex. Surrounded by public transport options, including bus stops 300m away, in the free zone and on CAT line. Easy access to cafes, restaurants etc. The apartment is located 15 minute walk to the CBD/Perth train station or 8 minutes to Hyde Park. The complex has a pool, gym, sauna and common room with co-working space.
Offering my spare room for short term, temporary stays. It would suit a single female professional, perhaps just arrived in Perth or between rentals.
About the room - You will have the spare room furnished with double bed, desk, and small built in robe. There is no aircon in the room, but there is a tower fan. The room can be warm in summer.
You will have use of the main bathroom, however, this is also doubles as the laundry and used by guests when required.
There is no on site parking, however free street parking is available using my permit.
An inside cat also lives here, so must be mindful that you are happy to share common areas with a cat who loves an early morning.

Hi, I'm Emma. I'm mid 30's, sharing my 2 x 2 apartment with my cat Pumpkin.
I work Monday to Friday, standard office hours, two of those days are from home. Most evenings are relatively laid back cooking dinner, a sneaky wine or trash TV. I'm a bit of an early bird, which means early nights.
Given it is an apartment, looking for someone with similar routines who will also respect the space, and must love cats.
