About the property
The apartment is located on Mounts Bay Road (within Mounts Bay Village) and is located on Level 2. With the trees surrounding the apartment, the view makes you feel like you're in a forest.
The apartment includes access to the Mounts Bay Village gym, swimming pool and tennis court (all shared facilities). It is within walking distance to Elizabeth Quay Bus and Train Station, and it is a nice 1-min walk to Jacob's Ladder if you're looking for a good work out.
Rent is $450 per week (single female) or $550 per week (couple). Rent is inclusive of:
- the second bedroom of the apartment (refer to photos)
- private bathroom all to yourself with a bathtub (refer to photos)
- wifi (paid by the main tenant)
- water (inclusive in the rate)
- one vehicle parking in the apartment's secured basement
Utilities bill comes once every two months, and it is shared evenly amongst the no. of occupants in the apartment.

I will be starting work there on the last week of Feb, and my husband will relocate to Melbourne on the last week of Mar. I've been living in this apartment for 2 years now, and it is extremely convenient in location, and very safe and peaceful if you're looking for a place to relax and recharge after work.
