A bright, modern and fully furnished apartment right on Beaufort Street — perfect inner-city living with cafés, bars, shops and public transport at your doorstep. The complex has great amenities including a lap pool, leisure pool, gym and sauna, and the location makes it super easy to get to the CBD and Northbridge.
Rent includes water and gas (electricity and wifi on top). The room in the pictures has a desk, however, is fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables and has a wardrobe on the right wall.
I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to share a relaxed, comfortable home. Ideally around my age (26) and female only.
