It’s a luxury location and fit out. Miele appliances, Italian appliances, tiles and taps, floors to ceiling tiles in bathrooms, oak floors, lots of light, high ceilings, ducted zoned air con in all rooms, stone bench tops. Apartment is fully furnished. Room comes with a brand new queen size bed and mattress and has very large mirrored BIR.
Has lovely blinds and sheer curtains installed.
I also have an rpm Nordic track exercise bike and various pieces of gym equipment that you can use.

Spacious balcony facing the city and river, with stunning views, beer fridge, bar, water feature and bbq. I’m a working professional and very clean and tidy. I keep busy and enjoy keeping busy and active. All the bars, shops and restaurants you could want on the doorstep. It really is a great lifestyle and location.
Close to busses and train line.

Half way between city and freo. Access to both branches of the river only minutes away.
Garden City shopping centre less than 2 kms away.

This place is very zen! Made to be a relaxing oasis away from work and hectic life.

I’m addition to rent we share the tv streaming services of which I have them all! power, water usage and internet.
Prefer a fifo as have had this type of flatmate for years.
No smokers or couples sorry.
I have a foster cat and a miniature dachshund puppy.
