Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 3 car space home is 5 minutes walking distance from Booragoon Shopping Center (Garden City) and bus station. You can literally see Garden City from our street. There are many buses leaving the station to Perth City and Fremantle so it's a pretty great south of the river location. If you are a student attending Murdoch or Curtin University then this location is quite handy too.
