I have a 2-storey home in Ardross and I’m looking for someone to enjoy the upstairs space.
Downstairs: Kitchen, Ldry, Powder, dining, main living, master bedroom, courtyard, Alfresco
Upstairs: Living area, 2x Bedrooms & bathroom. (This would be your area, whole level) TV & Bed supplied.
Location: It’s a very convenient spot being a 5-minute walk to Garden City, 15-minute walk to swan river, Perth CBD 15 min drive & Fremantle a 15 min drive. Also walking distance to some great cafes & bars.
Single (no couples or children)
Ideally FIFO

I’m an easy-going down-to-earth type of guy, full-time professional who enjoys staying active either at the gym or anything sport really. I value a relaxed and comfortable environment along with enjoying a good beverage on the wkd.
I like to keep common areas organised and clean so the space stays inviting for everyone. I’m always up for a friendly chat or laugh but I also have a lot of respect for personal downtime and privacy.
