About the property
I have a new 2 storey home in Ardross and I’m looking for someone to share it with. It’s a great spot with plenty of space and some great features.
The Room: I have two rooms available (only looking to share with 1 flatmate at this time), so you can pick the one that suits you best! One has a semi-ensuite for easy access, and the other comes with its own dedicated toilet and a separate bathroom (including a bathtub). I’m happy to provide furniture if you need it, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Bills are $50 per week.
The Fun Stuff: The house is set up for a relaxing lifestyle. There is a heated pool, a great alfresco area with a built-in BBQ, fridge and pizza oven. A separate courtyard area and the home has ducted A/C. There’s also high-speed WiFi and a dedicated study if you need to work from home.
The Location: It’s a very convenient spot being only a 2 minute stroll to the Swan River and 200m from the local park. Garden City is just 1km away and easy access to public transport with Canning Highway only 700m down the road.
