The room is mostly unfurnished (our previous housemate has left a near brand new queen mattress should you choose to keep it).
Bills (gas, electricity, internet) are not included in the rent and are about ~$20/wk.

About the flatmates
We are Jeremy and Yen Thu, a couple in our 20-30s looking for a new housemate in the same age range (25-35) who is also a working professional.
Jeremy is a tennis coach from the UK who moved to Australia 3 years ago. When I'm not working, I enjoy playing beach tennis, ice skating, and bulk cooking lunches.
Yen Thu is an Australian/Vietnamese management consultant who has been living in Perth for 10 years or so. When I'm not working, you'll find me at the gym, reading, cooking, or figure skating at the ice rink.
And Mako is our 11 year old rescue cat who is super affectionate and a big snuggler.
