Quiet, leafy peaceful outdoor area. You will have your own shower but toilet is shared. Room is smallish hence the single bed but gets amazing natural light. Loft storage above your room, would appreciate if I could still access that on occasion. Couple hundred metres from the river and river loop bike path. Ten mins from Leighton beach! Street parking. Not in a rush more keen to get the right fit!
