About the flatmates
Hi my name is Tom and I have a room available in my share house. Room available from February 1st. The house is located in Brentwood so it’s easy to get to Freo or onto the freeway. The place is a 2 minute walk from Bull Creek Station, but off street parking is available if you drive. The room comes with built in robes and the house has lots of natural light. You will have access to a second room if you need for hobbies or storage and I’m very flexible if you would like to keep the bedroom furniture or plan to bring your own! I work two jobs so my home is definitely a place to wind down. I love a little dinner party or movie night but also value my own space. I’m looking for someone clean and tidy, who is working full time or FIFO. The rent is $300 pw excluding bills.
