Hi there. I have a Main Bedroom available in a quiet 3x1 townhouse. There are two car park spots and the townhouse is conveniently located right across the road from Garden City so great for shopping (Coles, Myers, David Jones, Hoyts etc) but as it is back from the road it is very quiet. Townhouse is great for transport with a major bus station just across the road with regular and frequent access. Easy to get to the City or Murdoch university which just 1.5km away and really dont need a car as the transport is so convenient. The town house is clean and tidy, not sterile, but you do need to be clean and tidy too. There is a nice outside area and pets are welcome depending on the pet but there would be a bond. House mates need to be responsible and thoughtful and considerate of others who live there. Its a friendly atmosphere and happy to share a wine outside at night in summer or a quiet night at the TV or dinner at the table with a few mates. Generally its only small gatherings at home, nothing too hectic out of respect to others. Happy place to live with a balance of being sociable with others but still having your own space.
