The lounge area has gorgeous ceiling lights which create a home cinema type of vibe.The outdoors area out the back is perfect for having people over in the warmer months of the year. The house comes already furnished with all the basics (fridge, washing machine, seating etc). The bathroom that you will share with one of the housemates is spacious and includes a large spa-like bathtub. And there's an outdoor shed-like room to store items. We quickly fell in love & have no doubt whoever moves in will too. Not only are you a five minute walk towards the South Perth foreshore (great for recreational activities), the location is extremely convenient. There is a bus stop within a few metres, a two to five minute walk to Bull Creek Station, and only a right at the roundabout and you are on Kwinana freeway (Perth CBD way). Restaurants, the petrol station, and shops (an IGA, post office, chemist, fruit and vegetable store) are also within five minutes walking distance. The bedroom is $130 p.w (excluding bills). As it is the smallest of the three bedrooms, the study area is all yours (this would be super convenient for a current University student or someone who tends to work at home). Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 3 car space home is 5 minutes walking distance from Booragoon Shopping Center (Garden City) and bus station. You can literally see Garden City from our street. There are many buses leaving the station to Perth City and Fremantle so it's a pretty great south of the river location. If you are a student attending Murdoch or Curtin University then this location is quite handy too. The room is the master bedroom (5 x 5 m) with a huge wardrobe and is completely furnished so you won't need a thing. You will even have access to a giant teddy bear!

Nice house, located in a very safe area. Close to train station and shops (garden city less than 10 min drive). There is a park across the road if you like to exercise. Big outdoor area with lawn and nice kitchen. Internet included and rarely have to pay electricity bills due to solar panels.
