Room available in 5 bedroom double story house/villa in City Beach.
3 living room areas, big kitchen with island, beautiful balcony and relaxing pool.

Ocean/sunset views, on the cusp of Scarborough and City Beach, 5min short walk down to Peasholm dog beach and 15min walk to Scarborough beach.

We are a couple/landlors (Annelies 30y Belgian (who is writing this and will respond back to you ☺️) & Wade 35y South-African), just got married and we have a 2y old dog named Chili. 🌶️
We love this beautiful beach house, hearing the ocean in your room when you fall asleep, watching the sunset when you’re cooking or having a drink on the balcony while the sky changes colours and the easy walks to the beach after work to take a dip and reset.
Jumping in the pool while we bbq or just putting the projector on to watch something.
We go camping almost every weekend with the Ute and rooftop tent, we love an adventure.
This house is a home ✨

We are looking for an amazing addition to the house! The housemates are pure hearted people, easygoing, love having a bqq and chat. (Ages 26-36)
We’re looking for someone who is an open communicator, positive, mature adult that clean up after themselves, talks about things that bother them so we can optimise the house vibes, to all live harmoniously together and make this house a home. ✨

We have a cleaning company coming every Tuesday to clean all the communal areas what costs us $30 each. We clean up after ourselves after we use communal areas and leave them the same or better than we found them.

We are always open to change and suggestions from the housemates to optimise everyone’s daily life.
We can have meetings to address things or we just can talk and accomodate each other.
We want people that we can talk to, have a laugh with over dinner, are clean and respectful to us & the house and love dogs because Chili is going to definitely ask for cuddles. 🥰

There is one room available in the house:

Room 1 - This room is on the second floor and has a Queen bed, an ensuite with a big and small closet, desk, nightstand, private dual sink bathroom with rain shower and toilet.
The room is furnished atm but we can accommodate you and have it unfinished if you’d like that.

The house has a tv and fire stick, projector, 3 living rooms so there is more than enough space to be alone, air fryer, toaster, ninja blender, microwave, oven, bbq, lounges to relax, terrace with relaxing couches, big table, desks for work or hobbies and so on..
