In addition there is a beautiful garden perfect for party, relax and grow up your veggies :) The complex has a stunning swimming pool as well, if you are too lazy to go to the beach :) The first room is available from now. It is a medium size room with fan, built in double wardrobe and big chest of drawers. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with only one other housemate :) 170$ a week, bills split evenly between all housemates, unlimited Wi-Fi as well. We are fifo, so the bills are pretty low. Lock Up Garage available, plus visitor bays and ample street parking. The second room, available from the 12th of April, is 10 cm smaller but with a build in double wardrobe. You will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with only one other housemate. 155$ a week, bills split evenly between all housemates, , unlimited Wi-Fi as well. If you have some furniture for the house feel free to came with them because the house is massive and there is plenty of storage. The shared bathroom has a shower, bath, sink, toilet, cupboards and shelving.This is $180 per week with a very reasonable $600 refundable bond. For a short term stay of 2 months or less I have to put the rent at $200pw I'm afraid but this will get reduced to $180 if your stay gets extended. Our ideal roommate would be: male (because of the shared bathroom but the right female could work), non-smoker, no pets, likes to have fun, but also respects the peace and other peoples' space, is clean and organised, studies or works full time and reliable with a steady flow of income to pay the rent.
