Swanbourne/Cottesloe Beach is a 5-10-minute drive or a quick train away too! Top level has the three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, lounge (couches and TV) and a bar. The bottom level has a large Kitchen, a dining room, large courtyard, garage/room with a pool table + couches and storage and another toilet.
