A bit about the house:

One furnished room on offer in our 5 bedroom amazing house in city beach, just a few mins walk straight down the road to the beach.

Massive pool and a nice outdoor areas. Two sun rooms, two living rooms, the house is huge. All bedrooms are double sized.

A bit about your room:

- Queen sized bed
- Mirror
- Side table
- Built in robe
- no bedding included

A bit about us: 4 stunning housemates + one handsome doggo. Two professional ladies working (Mon- Fri) and two handsome men (one FIFO & one Pilot)

Would ideally like to find another FIFO worker. As you would share a bathroom with the shutdown FIFO & full time pilot at home.

You will need to love dogs, he is an 12 year old floof that loves being around everyone.

Must be clean and neat. The house is fully furnished so you have nothing to bring apart from your own personal items & bedding.

We just ask that everything be treated as if it were your own, respected & kept clean!

We all enjoy a social drink with housemates and friends, ideally not looking for a party animal.

If you like red wine, cheese, hangs, movie/game nights & doggy cuddles you’ll fit right in. We also love a summer BBQ.

The Admin Stuff: 

- bills aren’t included and split evenly by 5

- 4 weeks bond
- move in date asap

Upon move out:
Mattress and carpets to bedroom are to be professionally cleaned before bond is returned.
