There’s a bus stop (bus 30) less than 200m from my house.
The area is really convenient, near to Curtin Uni and to the city.
Near the train station and freeway.
It has been a safe suburb so far!
I have a backyard too to hang laundry outside or chill under the verandah.
There are parking for extra vehicle on site sometimes (shared with neighbours), otherwise there’s street parking too. If you have a motorbike you can park up the front of the unit.
