About the flatmates

Hey! I’m Pred — 36 and embarking on a new career change. As a result I’m looking to break my current lease and find a suitable replacement.

My current co-tenant who you’d be sharing the apartment with is a mature female healthcare professional. She is easy to get along with and keeps mostly to herself.

You will have an ensuite bathroom attached to your bedroom, access to a secure covered parking bay. Optionally I am happy to leave the bedroom furnished with my Queen size bed and mattress if it helps - there would be an extra charge for this (happy to negotiate a reasonable price).

The current lease is due to expire April 16th after which you will have the option to renew. I have a great relationship with the agency and landlord and can vouch for them - similarly they will want to make sure that the incoming tenant is going to be respectful, tidy and reliable.

Currently I’m looking for someone to replace me by February 16th but if you need to move in sooner I would be happy to facilitate an earlier vacate.

The complex is quite new and very secure. Located only minutes away from the local Broadway Shopping Fair and UWA with lots of buses to get around it presents an ideal opportunity for a student or working professional.
