Location, location, location ... isn't that what a real estate agent would say? Close walk to UWA (less than 1km away), Matilda Bay and Kings Park. Convenient location for the avid cyclist, it's only a few quick bus stops to the city (uber/taxi less than $20), is close to QEII medical centre and conveniently located to Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe and Fremantle. While a 3 bed house I am only looking at one other person or two international students for the semester, which would then reduce the weekly rent per room/person to around $250 each.
