House is in an ideal location for uni (4min drive, 15min walk), the beach and the city (both are a 10min drive), and Fremantle (15min drive). Public transport is also available with a bus stop 80m from our doorstep (5min ride to the train station). Local IGA is a few hundred meters away with another 24/7 supermarket a short 5min walk down the road. The backyard is massive and ideal for entertaining, and is complete with blowup pool (see attached photos). We also have a BBQ we occasionally fire up that you're more than welcome to use. Room 1 (the larger one) is complete with most furnishings (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and a study desk) barring a bed. The room also comes with an aircon. This room is better suited to couples as it is the largest in the house, however for couples rent would be $215/wk rather than $180/wk.
