Kings Park is across the road and the Swan River foreshore is just down the road. Hampden Road coffee shops are walking distance nearby. There are plenty of public transport options as well. There is a private rear courtyard which is nice to enjoy a coffee or meal.

There is a bus stop out the front with buses that run to subiaco and the city and the train is a 10 min walk away.
