It is in a quiet street and there is a double carport. There is air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan plus lots of cupboard space. The second room can be used as a sitting area or study/office. It has storage plus a fire place. There is also gas heating. I have purchased a new bed with linen. Cleaning is provided in the rent and is done every fortnight. I prefer non smokers and no pets.

House is fully furnished, but the bedroom is empty- there's an old bed frame available in the shed but you're probably better off bringing your own.
