Cute 1930s house across the road from UWA so perfect for any students. We have one room available to rent out. It is a small cosy room in a three bedroom house. The free bedroom has a small built in wardrobe but the room is small so a single bed will fit best.
The house has a large lounge room perfect for movie nights and a large backyard.
Buses are in walking distance as well as the broadway shopping centre which has everything you need close by (iga, post, GP, takeaway food etc)
Ideally looking for a student or young person around early 20s like us :))

Hey my name’s Maya (female) and I’m one of the roommates in this share house. I study contemporary music at WAAPA and I love art, nature and fashion :) I love a chat and a good board game night.
My boyfriend Lewis (male) shares a room with me. He studies zoology and botany at UWA. He loves the outdoors, reading and video games and is usually quiet and keeps to himself.
My best friend Charlie (female) has a toy poodle called Alfie who is very cute so liking dogs is a must :)
She’s an aspiring marine biology student who loves the beach, movies and animals.
We don’t drink or smoke so preferably someone who is the same, drinking is ok but not too much :/
We like to keep our house tidy and clean up after ourselves so everyone can use the space easily :))
