About the property

The house has a large kitchen, dining and living area, separate bathroom and toilet, a second shower in the laundry and toilet outside. Two washing machines are available for use, one specifically for tradie workwear. There is a large balcony out the front and veranda out the back. Next door there is also a park with a walking trail and BBQ area.

The house is ideally suited to students (7 minute walk to bus), shift workers, and FIFO workers, noting that we're a non-smoking house, no drugs and preferably no alcohol use.

The available bedroom is large, with a double bed, built in robe and desk.

We're looking for a housemate who is reliable, clean, tidy and considerate of others. It is important that everyone cleans up after themselves when using the kitchen, bathroom/toilet and common areas.

Weekly rent includes: linen, laundry detergent/other cleaning supplies, internet, utilities and kitchenware/appliances.

About the flatmates

Hi, I'm a semi-retired professional and I reside on the property.

The current flatmates are all nice people aged between 23-35. They are all shift workers in different trades. All are reliable and respectful of each other.

We have quiet hours from:
Monday to Thursday 7.45pm - 8am
Friday to Sunday 6pm - 8am

There can be no phone calls made inside the house during quiet hours as it may disturb other people’s sleep.

This is a quiet house, good people, all non-smoking (no drugs whatsoever), largely non-drinkers, and respectful. We are all required to collectively keep the house clean, particularly the kitchen, dining and living areas, showers and toilets.
