I have two rooms available they both similar sized furnished with a queen bed and comfortable bedding. I the kitchen is suitable for guests I have 2 fridges, 3 sofas, 2 tv, dinning table that seats 8. Outside in the veranda there is a gas bbq for your use also and and outdoor setting for 8 just laze around at home and make yourself comfortable. NEIGHBORHOOD...... Hamersley is the suburb that my house is located in. It's near the shopping centers walking there takes 5 minutes the beach is 5 minutes drive away, city by car takes 12 minutes off rush hour. Public transport is on the door step with bus stop 3 minutes walk away and train station 3 minutes to drive to. It's also relatively close to Scarborough beach which is very popular for night life and surfing.
