The house is bright fresh and super comfortable.

This is the most comfortable place I've lived in since moving to Australia 14 years ago. It's well built, we'll insulated with excellent and efficient ducted air con. Staying cool or warm all of the time comes at very little cost.

-9 minutes from Murdoch train station.
Quite yet friendly mature area. I chat with most of my neighbours regularly and they literally bring your bins in off the street when they've been emptied.
