Hey everyone,
This post is advertising my pride and joy — a two-storey 3x2 modern industrial-style home with a villa-style backyard.
The house is designed for open-plan living downstairs, with a theatre, study, and bedrooms upstairs, giving a great balance of shared and private space.
You’ll be sharing the house with me (and possibly one other). A bit about me: I live an active lifestyle and work two jobs as an electrical supervisor and bartender. I enjoy the occasional social drink and a chat around the dinner table, but I also fully respect personal space and downtime — whether you’re social or more independent.
Living with the owner is very relaxed — I’m easygoing and genuinely want this house to be a comfortable, positive place that you’ll look back on fondly.
