I’m looking for a FIFO roommate to share my two-story townhouse near the beach and Freo.

What’s on offer:
▪️$375 per week (all bills included) in 2-story townhouse, shared with 1 person

▪️Initial 4 month lease (can be extended)

▪️ 7-minute drive to the nearest beach 🌊☀️
▪️9 minutes to Fremantle

Who you are sharing with:
▪️You’ll be sharing with me! I’m a 26-year-old female full-time student. I enjoy yoga, Pilates, cooking, beach, meditation, reading, and video games.
▪️I study from home and therefore value peace during these focused study periods. ▪️My bedroom, bathroom, and office are located upstairs, so there’s plenty of space and privacy for us both!
▪️I also have a very friendly cat named Cosmo 🐈‍⬛

▪️I’m clean and tidy, laid-back, respectful, and friendly! I’m always happy to share a coffee or drink, but I also really value peace, downtime, and privacy.
