Two lovely courtyards with outdoor entertaining facilities. Interior is calming, clean and tasteful with reverse cycle aircon. Two smart TV's and two refrigerators. All necessary appliances etc....indoor laundry. Trendy Maylands Cafe strip is close by as is the river. Supermarkets, pharmacy etc. within walking distance. I'm happy to supply photos privately :)

Hi ! I'm a friendly, very young at heart but mature age person who would welcome someone to share my home with. Whilst companionship is nice, it's more a case of having someone else coming and going that would be good for me 😊 I'd be very respectful of your space and privacy....but can offer fun, lively, intelligent conversation when appropriate. My interests are mostly of a creative nature but also include keeping updated on current local & global affairs, attempting a healthy lifestyle and having a love of nature. I'm well travelled and go away a fair bit; often for lengthy'ish periods of time. This would mean you have the place to yourself for months at a time.
