Maylands is awesome! This is a really nice room in a 2 storey townhouse in a safe and convenient location. Bathroom has recently been done up. There's also a washer and dryer. Shared Electricity bill only. The whole house is furnished Including your bedroom and everything including the matress, bed, pillows, duvet and covers are all brand new. No one has slept in the bed. The space has a nice cosy homey feeling but also has its own private large outdoor balcony which is great in summer too. There is an allocated car port. The Maylands train station is 200 metres away. Busses to Perth City are 100 metres away. 300 metres to 8th Avenue Shops and Coles and also the beautiful Maylands area near the Swan River. There's also 2 quiet dogs who you can smooch.
