There is off street parking and for those who use the train and bus, it is a very short 5 minute walk to Mt. Lawley train station (300 metres). Running all the way into the city and then out to Fremantle, great for those who work in the City, West Perth, Subiaco and Cottesloe. With Beaufort Street and Maylands 8th Avenue Cafe strip both within 10-15 minutes walk, there are loads of options for foodies, and those who like exploring Perth's bar and cafe scene. The house was extensively renovated two years ago from top to bottom with brand new flooring, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and doors throughout.
