Baxter is a little anxious (he is a rescue) and if you ignore him he gets stressed, he craves attention- even if it is just sitting on the couch with you whilst you are watching TV. The 48 and 55 bus go straight to the city and is about 2 minute walk to the stop. The bedroom is approximately 3.5m x 2.5m with a freestanding wardrobe plus balcony, the house has 1 bathroom upstairs with WC and separate toilet downstairs. I have a BBQ, Foxtel (basic+movies), record player, WiFi, storage room. There's visitor parking within which you can use that's generally available.
