We’re renting out the master bedroom with private ensuite in our apartment and are looking for a female housemate who matches our lifestyle. The room is bright, comfortable and well set up, featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, a desk ideal for study or WFH, and a private ensuite bathroom.

The house offers beautifully equipped shared living areas, including a large 75” TV, full sound system, Nespresso coffee machine, BBQ area, air fryer, blender, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, dryer, and all necessary kitchenware and household utensils to ensure everyday comfort and convenience.

Perfect for someone looking for a well-appointed home with a relaxed and high-quality lifestyle.

Rent is $400 per week, with a $800 bond required. Electricity, water and other bills are shared by 3.

The apartment is located 5 min walking from Maylands Station, in a secure, quiet and well-maintained complex with excellent facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, gym, BBQ area and residents’ common areas.

The apartment is clean, organised and respectful. It’s not a party house, although we do enjoy a casual BBQ occasionally.

We’re looking for a female only housemate who is clean, organised and respectful, a non-smoker (no smoking or vaping), and either a working professional, FIFO worker or student. Ideally, someone who values a calm, tidy and relaxed living environment.
