The house is spacious and full equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges, aircon and internet, there is space to park the cars inside or outside. The property is also really close to shops and public transport and the suburb in general is really calm.
We’ve got a few plants around the place too, so if you like plants that’s a nice little plus, always good to have someone who appreciates them while I’m away.

Looking to live with someone social but chill. I enjoy cooking, sports, board games, music, pres before a night out, and just having a good atmosphere at home. Not looking for a party house, but definitely not a silent one either.
I'm FIFO, so someone similar would be great (but not essential).
You’d be living with two other guys as well, one Chilean (my bestmate back home, similar vibe and into sports, he is trying to get into fifo) and one Colombian who works a lot, trains hard and is super chill. Everyone respects their space but we’re always up for a chat or hanging out.
Mainly after someone reliable with rent, respectful of the space, and who keeps things clean and tidy without being reminded.
Just want a good vibe at home, no drama, clean, respectful and reliable.
